【IAA】Responses to IAIS Consultation on draft definition and high-level principles to the ICS

IAA submitted comments on the IAIS Draft definition and high-level principles to inform the criteria that will be used to assess whether the Aggregation Method provides comparable outcomes to the Insurance Capital Standard.
IAA response prepared by the Insurance Regulation Committee, was submitted today, 21 January 2021, via the IAIS's online submission tool.
