馬來西亞精算學會理事長Kelvin Hii發佈正式通知:「 2021年AAC亞洲精算會議原訂於2021/10/11-14於馬來西亞吉隆坡舉行，經多方思考與討論，因考量Covid-19疫情影響許多不確定性因素，很遺憾取消本次會議。」

Dear AAC Executive Board Members/ representatives,  

Greetings from Malaysia - I hope this email finds you well.

It is with a heavy and sad heart that I would like to inform all of you - that after much deliberation and discussion - the Actuarial Society of Malaysia has decided to cancel the AAC 2021 event.

It is truly regrettable - due to unforeseen recent developments and circumstances (on top of the many uncertainties caused by Covid-19), the Actuarial Society of Malaysia is unable to commit to hosting AAC 2021.

I am sad that 2021 is another year that we/ our members are unable to meet and celebrate the objectives of AAC.  I look back fondly on all the AAC events prior to Covid-19 (I wished I had attended more AAC events), and sincerely hope that one day things can indeed go back to 'normal' for both participants and organizers.
