【IAA】Please Comment by 15 August 2023: IAIS Consultation on a New Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation Policy
The International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) is consulting on the creation of a new Stakeholder Engagement and Consultation Policy (SECP). The proposed policy consolidates and replaces both the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) and Policy for Consultation of Stakeholders (PCS). For more detail, please click here.
The IAA intends to submit a formal response to this consultation. The Insurance Regulation Committee (IRC) will be responsible for formulating the response to the IAIS on behalf of the IAA. The response will be developed in accordance with the requirements of the IAA Due Process for Making a Public Statements.
If you have any comment, please follow the instructions contained in the attached transmittal memorandum and provide your feedback to the Actuarial Institute of Chinese Taipei. We will collect all responses and conclude the feedback to IAA. Please e-mail your comments to secretariat@airc.org.tw no later than 15 August 2023.
